We had the pleasure of getting a sit down with Jnr Windross to ask him a few questions….
We asked: You’ve had an extremely busy summer between the UK & Ibiza. But out of all the parties you played, what was your favourite?
He answered: Temple of the Lost Tribe for BARE’s 3rd Birthday was just magical, but BARE aside… Two gigs have really stood out for me this year. The first time playing Room 1 at Fabric for WetYourself! and the total dance floor carnage caused playing for ABODE on the beach at Studio 338… Both were so much fun, but with the terrible loss caused by fire and Fabric losing it’s license mean even more that I got given the opportunity.
We asked: You’ve played a number of festivals such as We Are Fstvl & The Secret Garden Party, but if you could play any festival in the world, what would it be?
He answered: Haha… If I could only choose one, what with the complexities of time travel, it would have to be back in time to Woodstock 1969, stepping up just after Hendrix!
Other than that… Day Zero, Glastonbury, Burning Man, Coachella, BPM, KappaFutur, Sonar, Awakenings, Tomorrowland… The feelings I imagine playing main stage for each excites me way too much to choose!
We asked: Given the chance, if you could pick any DJ in history, who would you love to go B2B with?
He answered: A b2b with Karizma would be so much fun…Ooooh but please throw on Black Coffee, Carola, Jamie Jones, MAW, Villalobos, Kerri Chandler & Davide Squillace too!
